  • I love all of the Buffy seasons, just this one happens to be my favorite; Because one, the building falling apart why Buffy and spike were having wild sex! Two, Spikes wash-board abs! three, well basically its about damn time Buffy and Spike hooked and they did, alot! this season just made you laugh, cry, cheer, and yell at the t.v. set. Thats why to me it is by far the best season ever!!!!!

  • Well, maybe I souldn’t really be writing a review, as the 4 times I had to order this set through Amazon only to find that disc 2 was either a0 not included, or b) so poorly manufactured that it didn’t play ay all. I really wanted to watch the seires in order, but I went ahead and watched what I could. Pretty dull season, but then again, early on it was rumored to be the last season. So now as I wait for my 5th replacement, I hope disc to brings some life to a forgetable series that was as forgetable as the character Tara.

  • I’m from Brazil and the DVD does not run in our DVDs players, due region limitations.

It would be interesting that, when Amazon detects a international sell, a warning should be displayed, telling the customers that they might have problems due to region definitions. A link to an article explaining region definitions/limitations/how to convert/alternatives would be very usefull too.

At the moment I’m watching the episodes at my computer. This is not confortable.

  • This is one of the darkest seasons as each of the major characters faces their own personal demons–ie. themselves. There were times it was hard for me to watch this when it first aired because my adolescent son was sitting next to me and some of the scenes are surprisingly intense, especially for a network television program that aired at eight in the evening. BtVS pushed genre envelopes, horror tradition envelopes and definitely pushed some censorship envelopes.

My son survived. So did I. This season definitely feels like it was written to lead into the next which, as it turned out, was the final season for the television program (although not, as it turns out, for BtVS which now lives on in comic books). But in the end, this show was more intelligent and creative than anything else on television at the time and even now outranks most shows you can find.
