IN UK CINEMAS JUNE 26 www.bloodthelastvampiremovie.co.uk On the surface, Saya is a stunning 17-year-old, but that youthful exterior hides the tormented soul of a 400-year-old halfling. Born to a human father and a vampire mother, she has for centuries been a loner obsessed with using her samurai skills to rid the world of vampires, all the while knowing that she herself can survive only on blood like those she hunts. When she is sent onto an American military base in Tokyo by the clandestine organization she works for, Saya immediately senses that this may be her opportunity to finally destroy Onigen, the evil matriarch of all vampires. Using her superhman strength and her sword, she begins to rid the base of its evil infestation in a series of spectacular and elaborate showdowns. However, it is not until she forms her first human friendship in centuries with the young daughter of the bases general that Saya learns that her greatest power over Onigen may well be her ability for human connection

Blood: The Last Vampire.. the Movie is Pretty good..

There was a : KUNG FU NIGHT.. . in the past in England.. . I wonder if they’ll ever do something like that once again. . . ”KUNG FU NIGHT”

I think they should start showing Chinese Kung Fu Movies (Original with English Subtitles) again.

  • hipployta:

@litlemisscuriious Blood+ was based on the Blood The Last Vampire anime movie…this is based off the movie

  • hipployta:

@maade87 The manga came after the anime movie. So it’s a remake of the anime movie.

  • hipployta:

Blood + and Blood the Last Vampire are TWO DIFFERENT ANIMES! They took the same character, Saya, and redid her for Blood +. The Saya in this film is based on the ORIGINAL Saya from Blood the Last Vampire anime movie. Ya’ll need to step your anime game up. Blood came out in like 2000…Blood+ came out years later

Anybody care to tell me the name of the song used near the end pretty please?

  • d1r3i9c0e:

@pissedatyou2 Well the anime may paint a different tale but unless they stay true to it, it’s just a Blade knockoff to the person watching the movie who, most likely, has never encountered said anime. It’ll probably just do alright or it’ll be a total waste.

  • pissedatyou2:

@d1r3i9c0e No dude. not really. There’s the manga and the anime that went sorta a different route to blade

  • d1r3i9c0e:

This just seems like a cheap japanese knock-off of Blade.

  • Detth2you:

i have to say…the cgi and blood effects are pretty terrible

  • punkcarrot:

the movie is great, just forgive them for the poor CGI.

  • disturbedsongstress:

Wasn’t Saya supposed to be the last pure blood? Or I am confused?

  • tyloni7991:

  • PrincessAdriannas:

I enjoyed the anime. I’ve never read the manga or seen the live action. Either way, I think the movie looks interesting. I will definitely want to see this in theaters.

  • prismflash:

i dont know about you, but the movie ACTUALLY lived up to the animated version. The only problem they had was some corny CGI that looked like spilled coke LOL, but the movie was actually better than what i expected. Give it a shot

  • maade87:

What the fuck is this.. You got to be kidding me, seriously, is this a holly-fucking-wood remake of the japanese live action movie, that is the remake of the japanese anime that is the remake of the japanese manga?

  • DeMiiiiii12:

yea its based on the anime

  • litlemisscuriious:

there is also a movie blood the last vampire but it is in anime
