Best Scenes from “Vampire’s Kiss”

This is Nicolas Cage at his finest. I’ve put together a compilation of what I consider to be the greatest moments from the movie. The Wicker Man was something, but this was something else. For some reason, he goes through the entire movie speaking with some really weird, really bad accent. It almost sounds like he’s trying to impersonate Keanu Reeves in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, or Ben Stiller in Zoolander. If you think you can sit through the full hour and 45 minutes, go on hulu or something and watch the whole movie, but this video should save you the pain by just showing “the good parts.” Otherwise, DON’T WATCH THIS MOVIE!

@AMANDAxxx13: No, his psychosis has just gotten so bad that he thinks he is. In the scene at 9:05 where he can’t see his reflection, it shows up just fine for the audience.

Back when Cage was still a genius and before he started spending most of his profits on maintaining what was left of his hairline. He was fantastic in this film and just about all the others before it. After Leaving Las Vegas, however, something happened to this guy. He lost his humor and fashioned himself an “action hero”

@benusherr yes I know. I really love Nicolas Cage, he is an awesome actor, but the WAY he acts in this film is just – I don’t know how to put this in words – very well but at the same time his role is really awful, when you look at all the great roles he had then. And Jim Carrey…he has exaggerated facial expressions, that’s all.
and no, my native language is not english, I’m sorry if its hard to understand what I’m trying to say.

  • jmh90:

@benusherr Forn anyone who says Jim Carrey is a bad actor please see Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind

  • benusherr:

@DeanDemon omg. that is a fucking terrible comparison. i understand that everyones entitled to their oppinion, but nick cage is a god and Jim Carrey is one of the shit-worst actors to walk the planet.

  • Tekkenfreek234:

Nicolas Cage vs Edward Cullen. Who’s the better vampire?

  • TheSteezyCheese:

    Just the greatest actor….

  • HarpoTheVillain:

The difference between this movie and The Wicker Man is that this movie is supposed to be a wacky but dark psychological comedy.

The Wicker Man is just a miserable failed horror film.

  • AMANDAxxx13:

so is he actually turning into a vampire or…?

  • ricex210:

I just shit my drawers. Nick Cage is too much.

  • SaiBrit:
