So much better on PC. Vampirism sucks in Oblivion. Morrowind was more in depth and interesting.
Thankfully PC version modders have created some great mods for Oblivion and Vampirism.

memorial cave near imperial city has vampires in it also, they scale of course. its along the east coast, like on the other side, not right outside the wall

I can’t say anything about in general, but if you last more than 40 seconds at 8hp/s you are an expert, and you know what you’re doing.
If it’s less you probably haven’t studied the game mechanics. not that you ever need to do that.
i havent baught this game yet but 8 hp per second on 4 day how much hp do ppl generally have ?

And you should get DarNified UI it makes the menu of oblivion looks a lot better.
in my game it takes like 3 days after i drink blood for my vampire to start taking damage from the sunlight also its much better to drink blood after you get the message that youll get hurt by sunlight none of the other abilities are usefull night eye can be used infinitly since it doesnt drain alot of magicka so if your in a cave just spam it when it gets low
it’s a pain in the ass.. At first it was cool to sneak around at night drinking npc’s blood but it gets annoying to always keep an eye out on the time of day and the need for blood. Also there was a glitch in the version of the game i played (for pc). If you into level 2 vampire you character looks more like a monster. But if you drink blood and sleep you go back to level 1. But the character still looked like a level 2 vampire instead of level 1. Only a graphics glitch though
